Your privacy is of great importance to Flowers by William. We therefore comply with the relevant laws and regulations on privacy, including the General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter: GDPR). This means that we:

Order handling

When you place an order with us, we use your personal data to handle it properly. We may then give your personal data to our delivery service to have the order delivered to you. We also receive information about your payment from your bank or credit card company. For this we use your:

With our portal you get access to a management environment where you can set up, specify and change data for the app yourself. We keep track of what you have done and when, so that there is proof of that. For this we use your:

We need this because of the contract we conclude with you. We keep this information until the end of the service to you and the then legally required retention period of 7 years.

App store

Our app Flowers by William must be downloaded from the Apple or Google app store. We have no control over what these companies do with your personal information. So always read their privacy statements.

Statistics

We keep statistics about the use of our app, but this data is always anonymized. Social media buttons may be included in our app. With this, the administrators of these services collect your personal data.

Cookies

The app and website place cookies. Cookies are small files in which we can store information, so that you do not have to fill it in every time. But we can also see that you visit us again. You can disable the placing of cookies via your browser, but some things in our app will no longer work properly.
